Stands Alone
e-mag works independent of the speed of the generator.
Generator “Speed Independence” eliminates convoluted
hydraulic systems and their related trouble-shooting, and
maintenance headaches. All that is required is simple
Feed/Return connections, no flow control valves. This
means that costs for start-up, maintenance, and unplanned
downtime for a hydraulically driven unit are thousands of
dollars less than any alternative magnet controller. The
e-mag works just as well with a mechanically driven
generator, eliminating repeated pulley adjustments.

Generator “Speed Independence” means that engine
performance and hydraulic system performance no longer
have any bearing on the performance of the magnet and
controller. The e-mag stands alone and delivers the proper
current to the magnet no matter what.

Easy Installation and Set-up
Summary of installation and set-up instructions:
1). Mount box - where? Just about anywhere you want!
2). Connect Magnet to Generator
3). Connect Generator to e-mag
4). Connect Operator Controls to e-mag - configuration
      does not matter; the e-mag just knows.
5). Connect 40a 24v Feed to e-mag
6). Turn On
7). Lift Standard Load
8). Set Drop Time to Desired Clean-Off
There is no voltage set up required.
